Yes, but you must own the business or have the authority from the business owner to create a profile as a vendor or food truck on Vendor Bridge.
Can anyone become an event organizer?
You must own the business or have authority from the business owner to post an event on Vendor Bridge.
Can I create a vendor profile or an event if I am not a registered Canadian business?
Yes. Attending or hosting an event as a unregistered business is up to the discretion of the business owner and event organizer.
Can I make a vendor profile if I sell items or services for people only over the age of 18?
Yes. We are a business registry for all Canadian businesses who are seeking events in Canada. With that being said, you can be permanently banned from Vendor Bridge if your profile encourages the consumption of illegal drugs or alcohol or contains profanity, nudity, sexually explicit material, hate speech, any illegal behaviour or it is deemed improper by Vendor Bridge. Can people purchase products from Vendors through Vendor Bridge?
No, but members can link their online stores and social media pages to their Vendor Bridge profiles so customers know where they can buy the items and services.
How do I know if the event is real?
We do our best to vet all events before they are posted on Vendor Bridge and provide helpful resources to vendors to make sure they can properly evaluate whether or not an event is legitimate.
How much does it cost to be a vendor or food truck member?
We wanted to support all businesses regardless of income, so we created a free platform for everyone to enjoy. Eventually a paid premium membership will be available for business owners who want to take their business to the next level.
How much does it cost to post an event on Vendor Bridge?
It is free to post an event on Vendor Bridge but every event will be investigated for authenticity and must be approved.
Why am I not receiving email notifications about events?
Sometimes the notification emails get sent to the junk folders so you may need to prioritize our email address. Alternatively, your event notification parameters may be too specific so you could try adding more cities. Lastly, there may be no new events in your city or the events may be not be open for applications yet which means you wouldn’t receive any new emails.
Why are there no events in my city?
Every day more events in new cities are joining Vendor Bridge. Support your community and fellow business owners by informing vendors and event organizers about Vendor Bridge.
Will Vendor Bridge reimburse me if I apply and pay for a fake event that I found on Vendor Bridge?
No, the vendor or food truck is fully responsible for interviewing and legitimizing the event before they complete payment. Vendor Bridge does not handle any applications or payments for spaces at events and is not held liable.
